Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory / leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to manage budgets; read P&L statements; and prepare reports.
• Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with common carrier representatives.
• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Balance daily bank deposits and write daily work logs.
• Transmit logs to corporate and audit daily labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met daily; resolve issues with associates.
