Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager in Keller, TX for the 2nd shift (4pm until finished, Sunday - Thursday). The role oversees warehouse operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer service, driving process improvements and staff development.

Competitive salary with bonus potential and benefits after 30 days. The candidate should have 2–5 years of supervisory experience in distribution/transportation, strong budgeting skills, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven customer service skills for internal and external clients.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to manage budgets and interpret P&L statements.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate rates with carrier representatives.
• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Balance daily bank deposits and write logs.
• Prepare daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
• Audit labor and billing reports; address issues daily.
• Ensure customer needs are met every day.
• Supervise data entry, payroll records, and closeout.
• Lead weekly safety meetings and budget monitoring.
• Schedule shifts and interview/train new staff.
