Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in warehousing, receiving or logistics.
• 1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems.
• Experience using forklift and warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members.
• Manage inbound deliveries and receiving schedules.
• Oversee material receipt verification and processing.
• Process transactions through ERP and WMS systems.
• Monitor warehouse inventory accuracy and storage locations.
• Support cycle counting and inventory control activities.
• Train employees on company procedures and best practices.
• Coordinate material flow to support production operations.
• Manage staffing levels and labor allocation.
• Oversee return-to-stock (RTS) and RMA activities.
• Maintain warehouse organization, equipment, and storage systems.
• Promote forklift safety and OSHA compliance.
• Partner with Purchasing, Shipping, and Customer Service teams.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations.
• Serve as a key user for inbound logistics, warehousing, and internal material flow processes.

We need an experienced 2nd Shift Supervisor, Logistics Warehouse to lead warehouse operations, oversee inbound logistics, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring inventory accuracy, safety, and operational excellence.

As the Warehouse Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations and leading a team of hourly employees to ensure efficient material flow throughout the facility.

Desired Background/Skills:

Required:

• Associate's Degree or higher in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of warehouse, receiving, or logistics experience.
• 1-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience working with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Forklift, pallet truck, and warehouse equipment experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and lead in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• SAP experience.
• Manufacturing or production-support warehouse experience.
• Inventory control and continuous improvement experience.
