Job summary

S.P. Richards Company in Memphis, TN is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily operations at the Memphis distribution center. You will oversee inbound receipt, order picking, shipping, safety programs, and coordination with purchasing, merchandising, sales and finance to ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment.

Strong leadership, 3+ years of related experience, and an associate degree are preferred. Proficiency with PKMS/AS400 and MS Office is required, with a focus on process improvement

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; 3 years related experience and/or training.
• Four-year college degree preferred.
• Ability to lead a warehouse team and manage shifts.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates warehouse activities in the distribution center.
• Assigns workers for receiving, stock, and order picking.
• Administers safety programs and ensures a safe work environment.
• Communicates with inbound/outbound freight companies.
• Manages trucks and drivers; oversees inventory procedures.
• Coordinates with purchasing, merchandising, sales, and finance.
