General Floor Industries is seeking a hands-on 2nd Shift Warehouse Manager in Bellmawr, NJ. Lead a driven team during the 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift, ensure accurate picking, staging, and on-time shipments. Improve productivity while enforcing safety and upholding quality.

Ideal candidate has prior warehouse supervision experience, strong leadership, and cross-department collaboration skills. Growth opportunities exist within a fast-paced distribution operation with multiple branches.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse supervisory or management experience.
• Strong leadership and accountability.
• Experience managing order fulfillment, inventory, and shipping operations.
• Excellent communication across departments.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the 2nd Shift warehouse team to meet daily operational goals.
• Oversee order picking, pulling, verification, and staging for on-time shipments.
• Monitor productivity, workflow, and team performance to improve efficiency.
• Set clear expectations, coach, and hold team members accountable for performance, attendance, and safety.
• Maintain high standards of order accuracy and product handling; minimize damage.
• Oversee safe use of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Coordinate with warehouse leadership, transportation, and other departments.
• Identify and implement process improvements that raise productivity.
