Job summary

General Floor Industries is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift at our Bellmawr, NJ distribution center. The role runs Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with immediate openings and opportunities for growth within our headquarters or 17 branch locations.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will pick, pull, and stage orders, inspect products for damage, verify pick lists, and keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized while following all safety policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
• Forklift experience is a plus (we train and certify in-house).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and able to take direction.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pull, and stage orders for shipping.
• Inspect products for damage or defects.
• Accurately check, verify, and complete pick lists.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized daily.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Salary Range: $18-$21/hr

The listed range is a guideline and does not limit consideration of candidates with exceptional qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on candidate qualifications, internal equity, and market factors.
