Job summary

General Floor Industries is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the Bellmawr, NJ distribution center. This 2nd shift role runs Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, with opportunities for upward mobility within the company and its 17 branch locations.

Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic, are team players, and enjoy staying active. Training for forklift operation is provided, and the position offers full medical, dental, and vision benefits when schedule exceeds 32 hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
• Forklift experience is a plus (we train and certify in-house!).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and able to take direction.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pull, and stage orders for shipping.
• Inspect products for damage or defects.
• Accurately check, verify, and complete pick lists.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized daily.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Share ideas to improve warehouse efficiency and processes.

Salary Range: $18-$21/hr

The listed range is a guideline and does not limit consideration of candidates with exceptional qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on candidate qualifications, internal equity, and market factors.
