Job summary

WeatherTech Bolingbrook, IL seeks a 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead to coordinate daily operations in the Retail Department. The role offers an hourly start of $22 with a $1 shift premium. Lead the team, monitor safety, and ensure task completion across all tasks for order processing.

The ideal candidate has RF Scanner experience, strong attention to detail, and a high school diploma. Epicor experience is a plus, and weekend/overtime availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience using an RF Scanner.
• Ability to read and understand verbal and written work orders/instructions.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and procedures to prevent incidents.
• High attention to detail to avoid shortages and delays.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise the assigned team to ensure safety, efficiency, and task focus.
• Participate in daily shift meetings to share information between shifts and departments.
• Coordinate and assign all team members their daily tasks.
• Ensure pickers and packers are accurate and productive.
• Receive and react to all department-related reports and communicate with stakeholders via email.
• Package various products to order specifications.
• Work as part of a team to ensure efficiency when processing orders.
• Train new and existing team members on policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
