Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years warehouse experience with lead or supervisory exposure.
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Basic MS Word & Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP or inventory systems.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Bilingual Chinese or Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and supervise warehouse associates on 2nd shift.
• Oversee picking, loading, and put-away; ensure timely orders.
• Monitor productivity and accuracy; address issues in real time.
• Train, coach, and onboard new associates on procedures and safety.
• Enforce safety and GMP standards; conduct safety walks.
• Operate and supervise forklift/pallet jack use.
• Coordinate with inventory/QC, supply chain, and other leads.
• Maintain cooler/freezer temperatures within compliance ranges.
• Ensure accurate inventory handling and ERP/PDA scanning.
• Communicate shift updates and handoffs to management.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse; staging areas and docks.
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Assist management with scheduling and attendance.
• Step in to perform warehouse duties as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
