Job summary

TIDI Products, located in Neenah, Wisconsin, is hiring a Warehouse Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift (1:00 PM–9:00 PM). Starting pay is $22.69/hour. You will play a key role in moving, packing, and inventory control within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred but trained if needed.
• Familiarity with order picking and packing procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
• Basic tech skills with tablets, scanners, and monitors.
• Positive, team-player attitude and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize medical equipment.
• Pick and pack orders with accuracy and care.
• Perform inventory checks and keep the warehouse organized.
• Work closely with the logistics team to improve shipping processes.
