Job summary

Leadpoint Business Services seeks a qualified Forklift Operator with at least 6+ months of experience to safely move materials from conveyors to the facility perimeter using a forklift in Appleton, WI. The role is a full-time 2nd shift (2:30pm–12am, M-F, weekends occasional) with safety-first requirements and a drug screen.

Company PPE is provided; eligible employees gain benefits after 90 days, PTO accrual, and weekly pay. A Front-End Loader certification is a plus for candidates applying.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to consent to a background check and a drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Front-End Loader certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily equipment safety inspections.
• Communicate mechanical issues to maintenance for repair.
• Handle additional warehouse tasks as needed.
