Job summary

Wilson Sporting Goods Co. is seeking a dedicated warehouse associate for the Mt. Juliet, Tennessee facility. The role supports daily operations, performs semi-skilled maintenance tasks, and helps maintain a clean, safe environment for staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a janitor or similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and their proper usage.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Participates in daily warehouse operations and supports facility maintenance.
• Keeps designated areas clean and safe, including floors, restrooms, and break areas.
• Empty trash and recycling regularly and report safety hazards.
• Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with warehouse tasks as needed and follow health and safety regulations.
• Operate the warehouse in a compliant, efficient manner.
