Job summary

Wilson Sporting Goods Co. is seeking a Lift Operator for weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday) in Mt. Juliet, TN. The role runs from 6:30am to 5:00pm, part-time with weekend hours. Expect hands-on work in shipping, using SAP scanners, and maintaining a safe, organized distribution center.

Qualifications

• Experience in an LTL/TL shipping environment.
• Basic understanding of SAP warehouse management.
• Able to pass PIT training and operate PIT equipment.
• Strong communication, organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine needs in the shipping area.
• Identify and maintain equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Perform area maintenance to keep the distribution center tidy.
• Retrieve and transport products to assigned destinations.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment per OSHA standards.
• Use SAP scanners/tablets to complete tasks.
• Meet production efficiency targets.
• Maintain high-quality work with accuracy.
• Work independently and with the team; overtime as needed.
• Work scheduled shifts on time per attendance policy.
• Retrieve and place merchandise in trailers and racks.
• Troubleshoot daily task issues and correct them.
• Assist with container unloaders as needed.
• Perform other tasks assigned by leadership.
