Job summary

Wilson Sporting Goods Co. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Worker for the Mount Juliet, Tennessee distribution warehouse. The role includes hands-on maintenance of building and equipment, with a 2nd shift schedule from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Knowledge of building maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of machinery, equipment and tools for maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety.
• Able to read and follow assembly directions.
• Follow safety practices and recognize hazards.
• Able to use hand and power tools.
• Effective communication with staff and leadership.
• Able to work 2nd shift: Mon–Fri 3:00pm–11:30pm CT.
• Schedule may require overtime, flexibility.
• Must be 18+ and pass OSHA written test and pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Participates in daily activities and operations of the Mount Juliet Distribution Warehouse under limited supervision; performs semi-skilled functions supporting facility and warehouse equipment.
• Troubleshoots minor maintenance problems involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair or replacement.
• Performs preventative building maintenance duties, including light construction.
• Performs routine plumbing repairs, such as unblocking toilets, sinks, or urinals, fixing water leaks and leaking faucets.
• Performs routine electrical repairs, such as changing light bulbs or fluorescent lamps.
• Assembles and moves furniture, hangs pictures and bulletin boards, and moves and sets up tables and chairs.
• Repairs and replaces doorknobs or locks, repairs door closures, and patches holes in walls.
• Paints interior and exterior of building.
• Ability to drive all equipment and knowledge of hydraulics.
• Maintains conveyors (oiling chains and adjusting settings).
