Job summary

Custom Vehicle Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Clerk to handle warehousing, inventory control, and recordkeeping. You will check in shipments, stock and label parts, and prepare orders for will call or dispatch.

The role requires forklift operation, basic computer literacy, and adherence to safety and paperwork procedures. A valid driver license may be required and training will certify forklift use within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Driver license valid if required to drive for the company.
• Must be forklift-certified within 90 days; forklift operators must be 18+.
• Ability to use a box/crusher and to learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Check in daily incoming shipments from vendors.
• Put away stock with proper labeling and barcode bin labels.
• Check in inter-branch shipments and update packing slips.
• Pull customer orders and prepare for will call or dispatch.
• Maintain will call inventory and related paperwork.
• Dispatch parts drivers to delivery addresses.
• Process returns and pull stock accordingly.
• File freight claims for shortages or damaged parts.
• Deliver parts to customers if no drivers are available.
