Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Wichita, KS is hiring a Warehouse Clerk for the 2nd shift. You will be responsible for accurate receipt, inspection, handling and documentation of inventory, verifying part numbers against packing slips, and maintaining inventory integrity within the warehouse using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Prep parts for receipt and pick parts to fulfill orders.
Conduct inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records.
Manage the dock area to coordinate loading and unloading of shipments.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Verify part numbers and quantities of incoming inventory by comparing them with packing slips or other documentation.
Conduct visual inspections of parts to identify damage or discrepancies and segregate damaged items.
Safely handle and pack parts to prevent damage during storage and transportation.
