Job summary

Perfection Truck Parts & Equipment is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support warehousing activities, inventory control, and recordkeeping in a fast-paced parts operation.

Responsibilities include receiving stock, labeling, updating systems, pulling orders, and dispatching parts with driver coordination. Qualified candidates have a GED, forklift certification, basic computer skills, and are comfortable handling warehouse equipment. The rate is $16.00–$18.00 per hour with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Three months' related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Forklift training and certification within 90 days; 18+ years old as required by law
• Ability to use a box or cardboard crusher
• Computer literacy and ability to learn company software

Responsibilities

• Check in all daily incoming shipments for all vendors.
• Put away incoming stock in the proper bin location with barcode labeling.
• Check in incoming inter-branch shipments and update packing slips and reports.
• Pull customer orders from picking lists and prepare for will call, packing, or dispatch.
• Maintain "will call" stock and related paperwork; manage junk core inventory.
• Dispatch parts drivers to addresses on invoices or POs.
• Process returns and file freight claims for shortages or damaged parts.
• May deliver parts to customers if drivers unavailable.
