Shield HealthCare in Valencia, CA is hiring a full-time Warehouse Clerk to join our Logistics Team. Responsibilities include order pulling, packing, checking, shipping, and interdepartmental deliveries, with occasional overtime and weekend work to meet operations.

Qualifications include 1 year of distribution/forklift experience, basic computer and Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, good math and communication, ability to lift up to 35 lbs, and a California driver’s license.

• 1-year distribution and/or forklift experience preferred in a warehouse environment
• Basic computer skills for product look up
• Microsoft Office knowledge for admin functions
• Attention to detail
• Good math skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
• Valid California driver’s license (formal duties)

Responsabilités

• Order Pulling: interpret and process order forms, pull and prepare shipments, update picks, and replenish stock
• Order Packing: pack verified orders, protect products, include marketing materials, label shipments
• Order Checking: verify orders before packing and handle backorders or incomplete orders
• Shipping Station: inspect, document, and process shipments; final audit for customer satisfaction
• Interdepartmental Deliveries: pick up and deliver mail, run local errands, manage printing & office supplies
• Maintenance of company vehicle and warehouse areas; ensure cleanliness and safety
• Receiving Clerks: inspect and store inbound inventory and returns; supervise receiving processes
• General duties: maintain neat work area and participate in end-of-shift cleanup
• Safety & training: follow safety rules; complete quarterly trainings on time
