Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Tennessee facility. Walk-In Interviews every Tuesday and Wednesday 6AM - 8AM CDT.

Base pay is $17.25 per hour plus $0.85 per hour shift differential. 2nd shift: Monday - Friday 3pm-11pm. Benefits start Day 1 and an On-Demand Pay Program is available.

Responsibilities include crate building, pulling product, unloading trucks, and ensuring orders are accurate and crates are secure for shipment; safety and maintenance duties apply.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; mechanical aptitude helpful.
• Basic knowledge of shipping process helpful.
• Must have good eye/hand coordination and be able to lift up to 86 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with crating, pulling product, and unloading trucks.
• Load cartons into trucks and ensure shipment stability.
• Repair or reseal damaged cartons and rebox as needed.
• Maintain storage areas and assist with safety checks.
