Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist in the warehouse operations and crate construction. Walk-in interviews are held every Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM CDT.

The role offers a base pay of $17.25 per hour plus a $0.62 shift differential and includes a 4th shift on weekends with additional weekday shifts. Benefits start on day one, and there is an On-Demand Pay Program to access wages when needed.

Qualifications

• No experience is required; mechanical aptitude helpful.
• Basic knowledge of shipping processes is helpful.
• Must be able to read and comprehend numbers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with crating, pulling product, and unloading trucks.
• Load loose cartons into trucks to ensure stability.
• Prepare crates and rebox/reseal as needed.
• Consolidate accessory and siding products on storage racks.
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
