Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 1st shift at the Columbus Consumer Health Logistics Center. The role supports inbound/outbound activities, receiving and shipping products, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include accurate order picking, packing, and preparing shipments, with cross-training across warehouse zones. Training and certification for equipment operation will be provided, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive motions for entire shift.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and process adherence.
• Basic computer and POS system familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory-control tasks to maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Be willing to be trained and certified to operate material handling equipment as required.
