Job summary

Schylling is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift in Lakewood, WA to support fast-paced fulfillment operations. You will unload, receive, sort, pack and ship inventory, and use barcode scanners to fulfill orders with accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of related warehouse experience, can lift up to 49 pounds, and work a 6:00 am–2:30 pm schedule. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, PTO, holidays, a product discount, and a 401k with company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year in a related warehouse role or similar environment.
• Ability to read orders, follow safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Unload containers, receive, sort and store inventory.
• Pull, pack and ship products to fulfill daily orders.
• Use scanners to read bar codes and process pick tickets.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and order in work area.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and handle up to 60 pounds on carts.
• Work on a team to meet customer/company goals.
