Schylling Inc. in Lakewood, WA is hiring a Warehouse Associate for 1st shift on a temp-to-hire basis. You will unload, receive, sort, and put away inventory, pull, pack and ship orders, and operate scanners to read barcodes while meeting productivity and safety standards.

This role requires at least 1 year of related experience, ability to lift up to 49 pounds and work a 6:00 am–2:30 pm schedule, with opportunities for full-time hire and benefits including health coverage and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related work experience.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and push carts up to 60 pounds.
• Stand/walk for long periods; can climb stairs and reach frequently.

Responsibilities

• Unload containers, receive, sort, and store inventory.
• Pull, pack and ship products based on daily orders.
• Use scanners to read bar codes and pick orders.
• Perform labeling, packaging, and light assembly as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned area.
