Job summary

Schylling is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM) in Lakewood, WA. You will lead the warehouse team, drive safety, and ensure operational excellence across inventory, shipping, and receiving.

Responsibilities include KPI tracking, budget management, and collaboration with remote HQ. A high school diploma and 5–10 years of DC leadership in retail or e‑commerce are required; competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have 5–10 years as Warehouse/Distribution Center leader in retail distribution or e‑commerce.
• Understanding of warehouse budgeting and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of distribution, transportation and inventory management with a customer focus.
• Experience working with remote headquarters and cross‑functional resources.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and welfare of the DC facility and staff; foster a culture of safety.
• Comply with OSHA regulations, safety procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Develop metrics and real‑time performance tracking systems.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff across levels; focus on culture and leadership.
• Manage inventory levels to fulfill orders and reduce stockouts.
• Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders and vendors for continuous improvement.
• Provide equipment, tools, and training for safe, efficient operations.
• Maintain a positive, efficient work environment and leadership style.
• Oversee site budget and achieve financial metrics.
