Job summary

RTX in Goleta, California is seeking a Production Worker S3 (Production Associate Senior) to operate equipment and perform wafer-related processes in a 100% onsite cleanroom environment. The role requires U.S.

citizenship, 2+ years of production experience, and the ability to follow procedures; includes a 2nd shift (2PM–10:30PM PST) with onsite work and available benefits and incentive programs. You will document data, work with leads and senior operators, and contribute to safety-first

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required to access information under program/contract.
• Minimum 2 years of production experience in cleanroom fabrication, assembly, manufacturing or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in MS Office (Excel).

Responsibilities

• Active participation in a Safety-First work environment.
• Work in a class 100 cleanroom, in a full bunny suit, under yellow lights.
• Accurately perform individual process steps for wafer-related work (mount, demount, coat, expose, develop, wet etch, hotplate, surface treatment, inspection); for deposition and metrology to build hardware.
• Work with supervision, leads and senior operators to meet area goals.
• Handle fragile hardware and manipulate small parts during processing.
• Rigorously follow written procedures and work instructions.
• Document data on travelers and in the electronic database.
• Execute specialized communications (pass downs).
