Job summary

RTX is seeking a Production Worker S5 (Production Specialist) in Goleta, CA for an onsite role in a class 100 cleanroom. The candidate will build hardware, follow procedures, and document processes in electronic tracking systems.

The role requires US citizenship and 6+ years in production in cleanroom environments, with strong communication skills and MS Excel proficiency. Shift is 1st, 6 AM – 2:30 PM, onsite only.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 years of production experience in cleanroom fabrication, assembly, manufacturing or equivalent.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel) is required.

Responsibilities

• Work in a class 100 cleanroom, in a full bunny suit, under yellow lights.
• Rigorously follow written procedures and work instructions.
• Document data on travelers and in the electronic database.
• Operate equipment and perform processes to build hardware.
