Sanofi in Swiftwater, PA seeks a Manager of Visual Inspection Operations to provide hands-on leadership and strategic oversight in a regulated vaccine manufacturing environment. You will be accountable for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people performance, driving continuous improvement and right-first-time execution across the shift.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of manual and automated visual inspection processes, burdened with delivering measurable performance

Competenze

High School Diploma required with 3+ years in pharma or biologics manufacturing.
Experience leading teams in a regulated manufacturing environment and driving continuous improvement.
Strong knowledge of cGMP, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.

Mansioni

Lead visual inspection operations and shift accountability in a regulated vaccine manufacturing setting.
Oversee adherence to cGMP and regulatory inspections, reviewing batch records and documentation.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance across the line.
Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain to meet throughput targets.
Coach and mentor inspectors and frontline leads to maintain high performance and right-first-time execution.
