Job summary

Sanofi seeks a Visual Inspection Manager for the Swiftwater, PA site on the 3rd shift to lead hands-on visual inspection operations in a regulated vaccine manufacturing environment. You will drive safety, quality, and delivery while promoting ownership and continuous improvement across the team.

The role requires strong knowledge of cGMP, experience with root cause investigations, and a track record of audits and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience in pharmaceutical operations.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or biologics manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience (managing direct reports).
• Strong knowledge of cGMP requirements and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Safety: ensure personal safety and safety of others; participate in safety meetings and walks.
• Quality: ensure compliance with cGMP, review records, support audits and investigations.
• Delivery: lead visual inspection ops on 3rd shift and drive staffing to meet throughput.
• Cost: drive efficiency, waste reduction, and schedule optimization with cross-functional collaboration.
• Involvement: coach and mentor inspectors; manage recruitment and performance.
