Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated team leadership experience or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP requirements and quality systems.

• Lead visual inspection operations during 2nd shift.
• Establish clear expectations and drive accountability across the team.
• Oversee production planning to meet throughput and quality targets.
• Drive cost efficiency, waste reduction, and process optimization.
• Coach, develop, and mentor inspectors and frontline leaders; recruit and onboard new staff.
