Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic math and strong reading and writing skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes; TPM/SMED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and position valves into assembly fixtures with precision.
• Transport valves to designated workstations efficiently.
• Meet production targets and immediately notify the supervisor of shortages.
• Interpret engineering blueprints, work instructions, and orders; operate tools and inspect valves.
