Eaton’s Commercial Products & Assemblies division is currently seeking Value Stream Managers to lead manufacturing production on second shift (4pm to 12:45am). Additional hours may be required to ensure proper preparation for shift start‑up, leadership staff meetings, and occasional overtime for end of month. This role is located in El Paso, TX.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Value Stream Manager leads switchboard production operations and is accountable for achieving safety, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction objectives. This role provides strategic direction and operational leadership across key manufacturing processes, ensuring customer requirements, quality standards, and production commitments are consistently met.
The Value Stream Manager supports the execution of the plant’s strategic objectives by overseeing the conversion of product designs into finished goods and driving operational performance. As a key member of the leadership team, this position serves as the primary liaison between the Plant Manager and production supervisors, fostering alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement to achieve organizational goals.
Salary range: $113,000 – $165,000 per year. Eligible for a variable incentive program.
