Job summary

Teknor Apex is seeking a Production Associate at our Fountain Inn, SC site to help run compound production and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. You will operate equipment, read batch cards, verify materials, and maintain an organized work area as part of a close-knit manufacturing team.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 25 lbs for several hours, and strong attention to detail. We value safety and teamwork in a dynamic industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation may be required.
• Ability to lift 11–25 pounds for up to 3 hours per shift.
• Color vision to identify colors.
• Communicates across multiple groups and at multiple levels. Work Keys certification may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment to ensure product runs correctly.
• Read batch cards and verify correct compound and tooling.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area.
• Monitor equipment (heaters/cooling) to keep product within specifications.
• Check schedule for product to be run and ensure proper tooling.
