Job summary

The role supports production with prep work and coatings application. Requires 2+ years in an industrial setting and a HS diploma or GED.

The position may require evenings or weekends and a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen with background check. Eligible candidates must work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Two plus years of experience in an industrial or machine shop setting preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Blast and bead blast parts with proper training; monitor quality per RMS specs.
• Wash, mask, steam and solvent clean parts; prep for painting.
• Apply Belzona coatings and prep/paint parts with approved coatings.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; operate basic shop equipment.
• Assist with logistic issues and support equipment readiness (forklift if trained).
