Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a Tufting Supervisor for the 2nd shift. This role will manage a 2nd shift team to produce quality carpet tile in a safe, accident-free environment, emphasizing safety, quality, and team development.

Key responsibilities include partnering with Plant Management, HR, and team members, facilitating coaching discussions, and maintaining knowledge of carpet manufacturing processes and equipment to drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or High School Diploma/GED with leadership experience.
• Leadership experience within the most recent 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Management, Human Resources, and all Team Members to drive results.
• Facilitate discussions and coaching to improve how the team works together to achieve better results.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of carpet manufacturing processes and equipment.
