Responsibilities

• Set up treater according to recipes and speed matrices during start-up and changeovers.
• Adjust settings to maintain product quality and yield.
• Move varnishes/solvents between rooms as needed.
• Ensure correct raw materials per BOM and document tests per specifications.
• Maintain equipment and assist with preventive maintenance and lean improvements.
