Job summary

Qualifications

• Follow sanitation, food safety, and safety procedures consistently.
• Perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
• Identify damaged or non-compliant trays with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Remove residual product from trays prior to washing
• Operate tray washer equipment to sanitize trays, clearing jams as necessary
• Replace soiled trays with clean, sanitized trays to maintain workflow efficiency
• Inspect trays for damage, wear, or defects
• Follow all sanitation procedures, food safety standards, and company safety policies
• Assist with organization, storage, and handling of clean trays and related equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following GMPs, safety procedures, and PPE requirements
