Bell & Evans is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (Tray Pack) in Fredericksburg, PA. This full-time role supports poultry processing including live/raw chicken handling, deboning, packing, weighing, and QA compliance.

You will operate and maintain production equipment, follow schedules, perform pre-operation inspections, and work in varied conditions. Safety and quality are essential; able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualificações

• Ability to read and interpret documents in English or Spanish.
• Ability to complete checklists.
• Willing to work in hot, cold, wet, and noisy conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Weigh product on floor scale and print label.
• Move product to storage or shipping areas.
• Inspect for downgrades, contamination, or foreign material.
• Operate and maintain basic production equipment.
• Follow production schedules to manage WIP.
• Calculate weights by ingredient to achieve correct product mix.
• Follow QA requirements for temperature and consistency.
