Bell & Evans is seeking a reliable Production Associate for the 2nd shift in Fredericksburg, PA. You will contribute to producing high-quality chicken by performing packaging, labeling, weighing, and inspection tasks.

This role requires flexibility to move between departments as needed, strong safety awareness, and the ability to stand for extended periods while lifting up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Dependable with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Safely handle and process poultry products.
• Sort, weigh, and label poultry products using equipment.
• Fold liners and ensure trays are properly closed.
• Operate automated equipment or palletize trays manually.
• Inspect products to meet quality standards.
• Pack, weigh, label, and move poultry products as assigned.
• Follow food safety, quality, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintain production speeds while prioritizing safety and quality.
• Report safety, quality, or product concerns to supervision.
• Work in different departments as production needs require.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company policies and instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
