Job summary

Bell & Evans is seeking reliable and hardworking team members to join our Tray Pack team in Fredericksburg, PA. This is a full-time, first-shift position focused on preparing and moving poultry products safely and efficiently to fulfill orders.

We provide training to help you learn our procedures, with emphasis on food safety, product quality, and production performance. No formal education is required, and 18+ with US work authorization is needed.

Qualifications

• No formal education is required.
• Previous poultry, food manufacturing, or production experience preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided to learn procedures and safety rules.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Safely handle and move poultry products within the Tray Pack Department.
• Lift and transport trays weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Carry trays of product to designated loaders.
• Support the Tray Pack team in completing customer orders.
• Follow safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and report safety concerns.
