Lineage Logistics Services is seeking an Office/Traffic Clerk in Dallas to support daily operations. Responsibilities include serving as the first contact for delivery drivers, logging cash received, and coordinating shipping/receiving documents with warehouse teams.

The role requires basic math, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Physical teamwork and flexibility, including weekends, may be needed in some facilities.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills may be required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers.
• Receive, count and log cash received by carriers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation to ensure shipping/receiving documents are completed accurately and timely.
• Verify and count products to confirm data accuracy in the system.
• Notify carriers and team members of pending, no-shows and unscheduled arrivals.
• Engage with drivers and reschedule appointments if necessary.
• Enter data into the warehouse management system (WMS) scheduler.
