Job summary

Super Radiator Coils is seeking skilled welders for the second shift (Mon–Thu, 2:30 pm–1:00 am) in Hazeltine, MN. You will translate blueprints into precise assemblies, lay out welds, set up jigs, and TIG-weld stainless and carbon steel pieces from 1/16" to 1/2" thick.

Qualifications

• Read and follow detailed instructions and engineering drawings.
• Operate production machinery and hand/power tools.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate blueprints and work orders into accurate assemblies meeting spec.
• Lay out and mark weld locations using rules and templates.
• Set up jigs, fixtures, guides, and stops with exact alignment.
• Execute TIG welds on stainless and carbon steel (1/16" to 1/2" thick).
• Diagnose and rework welds that don’t meet criteria.
