Job summary

Super Radiator Coils is seeking skilled welders for 1st and 2nd shifts in our Chester area facility. Base pay ranges from $26.16 to $31.97 per hour, with shift differentials on some schedules.

The role includes working with stainless and carbon steel TIG welds and a comprehensive benefits package. You will read blueprints, operate welding equipment, and follow safety protocols while contributing to the production of heat exchangers used globally.

Qualifications

• Reading detailed instructions and blueprints.
• Operate machinery and tools.
• Measure with a tape measure.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills and PPE knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Utilize work orders and blueprints to ensure work is assembled according to specifications.
• Mark weld points and positions of components on workpieces using rules, squares, templates, or scribes.
• Select, position, align, and bolt jigs, holding fixtures, guides, or stops onto machines using measuring instruments and hand tools.
• Perform necessary repairs/reworks on defective or non-conforming welds.
• Remove completed workpieces or parts from machinery using hand tools.
• Prepare surfaces or workpieces using hand-operated equipment such as grinders, cutters, or drills.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards.
• TIG weld stainless and carbon steel between 1/16th and 1/2 inch.

1st Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday

2nd Shift : 2:30pm-1:00am Monday-Thursday ($1.00/hr Shift Differential Applies)

Job Responsibilities: Specific job duties will vary based on the position that is best suited with the skills, experience, and interests of qualified applicants. Our production areas include machine operators, assembly, brazing, welding, crating, tube fabrication, material handler.

• Utilize work orders and blueprints to ensure work is assembled according to specifications.
