Job Juncture in Wisconsin seeks an experienced welder for 2nd shift (3:30 PM - 2:00 AM) with a fixed 4-day work week (Mon-Thu) and a guaranteed 3-day weekend. The role offers comprehensive benefits, ISO 9001:2015‑certified facilities, and stable, debt-free growth within Washington County.

You will weld TIG/MIG, read complex blueprints, and help maintain high-quality production for medical, printing, and packaging applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years TIG & MIG fabrication experience in a job shop or custom metal shop.
• Able to read complex blueprints and weld symbols with accuracy.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and teamwork.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate cranes/forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welding on custom fabrications.
• Interpret engineering blueprints and weld symbols for fit-up.
• Dial in welding parameters to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Layout and fit-up assemblies prior to welding.
• Handle materials and rig components with cranes and forklifts.
• Collaborate with fabricators and leads to optimize production runs.
