Qualifications

• 5+ years TIG and MIG welding experience in a job shop or custom fabrication environment.
• Strong ability to read complex blueprints and weld symbols.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate cranes/forklifts safely.
• Stable multi-year tenure with previous employers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG and MIG welding on custom fabrications and prototypes.
• Interpret engineering blueprints and weld symbols for accurate assembly.
• Set up welding machines and adjust parameters to meet quality standards (ISO 9001).
• Layout, fit-up, and assembly of sheet metal and structural components.
• Handle materials safely using cranes and forklifts as needed.
• Collaborate with team to optimize production runs.
