Job summary

Accelevation LLC is seeking a Welder I for TIG/Laser work on the Salvagnini 2nd shift in Miamisburg, OH. The role focuses on fabricating, assembling and repairing metal structures using welding symbols and blueprints. You will set up parts, use fixtures, and ensure quality while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities include cutting, grinding, finishing, and maintaining equipment. The job requires 6+ months welding experience, HS diploma, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent
• 6 months+ welding/fabrication experience including cutting, welding/brazing, drilling
• Proficient in welding safety and parameter selection
• Familiarity with metallurgy and weld joint analysis
• Strong communication, detail orientation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Responsibilities

• Plan work details, gather tools and materials according to instructions and specs
• Repair and fabricate items using cutting, burning and welding techniques
• Monitor welding, burning and fitting to avoid overheating or warping
• Prepare, assemble and tack weld parts and surfaces
• Maintain and clean equipment and work area
• Notify supervisor about faulty equipment or materials
• Perform quality control and document processes
• Handle prep work and grinding
