Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to doing things right the first time.
• Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR (US passport, birth cert, green card, or naturalization cert).
• Able to pass a background check and DOT drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate and become certified in combustion, plasma, HVOF, and/or Electric Arc spray systems per drawings and process plans.
• Follow technical drawings, blueprints, and process plans to ensure precision and quality.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Perform additional production tasks as needed.
