The position offers an hourly wage of $18.00 and a comprehensive benefits package. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of sewing experience, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sewing experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math knowledge (fractions, addition, subtraction).
• Ability to recognize all colors in a normal spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sewing machines by changing needles and thread and setting up materials.
• Sew materials together according to patterns and specs.
• Monitor machine operation and adjust settings to maintain quality.
• Inspect materials for flaws prior to sewing.
• Check finished products against quality standards and specs.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and report issues as needed.
