Comprehensive Logistics Inc. (CLI) is seeking a Team Lead in Denton, TX to drive efficiency on the shop floor and coordinate hourly staff in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with the Supervisor to streamline material flows, implement visual management, and ensure safety and accuracy across operations. The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, excellent communication, and the ability to train others while maintaining documentation and adherence to process standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• 1+ years’ experience leading/directing hourly personnel.
• Experience using a warehouse management system.
• Must be a self-starter with initiative.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift experience or ability to pass training/certification.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Supervisor to identify processes that require improvement in material flow, line support, 5S.
• Shift review with leadership team to include visual management and inventory logistics deviations.
• Coordinate training, work schedules and assignments and conduct shift transition meetings.
• Investigate and determine cause of defective work and advise on corrective measures.
• Develop and implement process initiatives.
• Maintain proper documentation and records.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Responsible for continuous improvement.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must have experience using a warehouse management system.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.

• Must have experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Forklift experience preferredor the ability to pass CLIs forklifttrainingcertification process.
