Candidates should be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of adapting shift schedules as needed. You will collaborate with multiple departments, monitor workloads, and perform 6S and reporting duties to support efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and distributes production work and order processing to meet shipment schedules.
• Coordinates and expedites the flow of materials between sections or departments.
• Monitors workload for all areas of the operation.
• Collaborates with departments to ensure efficient material flow.
• Communicates with employees, supervisors, shipping, or planning.
• Uses the warehouse management system to release tasks for daily schedules.
• Analyzes status and priorities to ensure on-time completion.
• Provides root-cause analysis related to resource planning and order status.
• Runs reports to monitor open customer orders for on-time delivery.
• Performs 6S activities and maintains organized, safe work areas.
