Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is hiring a Task Planner for the Shelby, OH facility on 2nd shift. You will review, distribute and track production work and orders to meet ship dates, coordinating with supervisors and groups to keep material flowing and on schedule.

You’ll use a warehouse management system and perform 6S activities while solving problems and providing root-cause analysis across departments. This role requires strong analytical skills and effective communication in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Able to work flexible shifts including 2pm–10pm or 2:30pm–1am.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and distributes production work and order processing to meet shipment schedules.
• Coordinates and expedites flow of materials between sections.
• Monitors workload for all areas of the operation.
• Communicates with employees, supervisors, shipping, or planning.
• Runs reports to monitor open customer orders for on-time completion.
• Responsible for daily 6S activities and maintaining organized, safe work areas.
